Who we are

By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Who AZ Cite is for

We support adult learners aged 18 or over on college and university courses, including Business and Finance, Global Business, Construction Management, Public Health, Health, Wellbeing and Social Care, and Hospitality.

What we do

• Help you plan and research your assignment
• Help you build and practise PowerPoint presentations
• Check your referencing (Harvard, APA and others)
• Give feedback on your own drafts
• Help you understand data and charts
• Originality and referencing checks (see below)

Before any paid work starts, we’ll email you what’s included, the price and when it will be done.

Originality and referencing checks

We check your referencing and help you paraphrase properly. We do this by spot-checking sentences against online sources, checking your references are real and correct, and pointing out places where a citation is weak or missing.

Please remember:

• This is a helpful check, not a Turnitin report. We can’t see Turnitin or your university’s systems.
• We can’t promise what similarity score you’ll get.
• We’ll always ask you first before using any outside checking tool on your work.

Your work, your voice

AZ Cite is here to help you learn. That means we don’t:

• write assignments, essays or presentations for you to hand in
• sit exams or tests for you
• help you hide copied work or get around plagiarism checks

Any examples we show you are for learning only, so please don’t copy them into your assignment. You’re responsible for following your college or university’s rules, including any limits on proofreading or AI tools. If your course has rules like this, let us know.

No guaranteed results

We’ll always do our best for you. But your marks depend on your own work and on how your college or university marks it, so we can’t guarantee any grade, pass or result.

Your part

• Give us correct contact details and deadlines
• Only upload files you’re allowed to share
• Give us enough time before your deadline
• Make the changes to your work yourself, and check it before you hand it in

Prices and payment

Signing up and your first chat with us are free. If you want paid support, we’ll send you a quote first. Nothing is charged until you agree to it. Payment is usually taken before work starts.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of booking and get your money back. If we’ve already started work at your request, we’ll take off a fair amount for the work done. Once a service is fully finished, it can’t be cancelled.

If something isn’t right with our service, tell us and we’ll put it right or give you a fair refund.

Your files

Your work stays yours. We only use your files to help you, we keep them private, and we never share them with your college, university or anyone else. We delete them after your support ends. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Our materials

Guides, templates, eBooks and feedback we give you are for your own study. Please don’t share, sell or hand them in as your work.

When we may say no

We may turn down or stop a request if we’re asked to write work for submission, if details given to us are false, or if anyone is abusive to our team. If you’ve paid for work we haven’t done, we’ll refund it.

What we’re responsible for

We’re responsible for providing our services with care. We’re not responsible for decisions made by your college or university, or for what you choose to hand in. If something goes wrong, the most we’ll pay back is what you paid us for that service. This doesn’t affect your normal consumer rights.

eBooks and downloads

For eBooks and other downloads from our shop, the details at checkout apply. Once a download has started, it can’t be cancelled, but if it’s faulty we’ll fix or refund it.

Questions or complaints

Email info@azcite.com. We’ll reply within 2 working days and aim to sort things out within 14 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms now and then. If a change affects something you’ve already booked, we’ll let you know. These terms follow the law of England and Wales.
